1. Hassle-Free 7-Day Replacement

We want you to love everything you buy from Kuch Hatke! If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

How to initiate a replacement:

1. Send a clear photo or short unboxing video of the defective item to our WhatsApp Support at +91 98765 43210 or email support@kuchhatke.in.
2. Include your Order ID (e.g., KH-10024) and phone number.
3. Our support executive will approve the claim within 4 business hours and arrange a free courier reverse pickup or direct replacement dispatch.

2. Refund Process

If a replacement is unavailable for the item, a 100% full refund will be processed:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account via IMPS/NEFT or your UPI ID (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
